Privete Island Tour

Start the day with a calm, meaningful stop at the nunnery of Agios Gerassimos, Kefalonia’s beloved patron saint. It’s a peaceful place to take in a little island history and culture before we head off into the countryside. (Just a quick reminder—please cover shoulders and knees.)

Next up: wine. We’ll visit Kefalonia’s largest winery, Robola, where you’ll learn a bit about the island’s most famous grape and enjoy a wine tasting—included in the price. There’s time to browse and pick up a bottle if you’d like.

Then it’s time for two of Kefalonia’s real showstoppers. First, Drogarati Cave, full of impressive rock formations and huge chambers carved out over thousands of years. After that, we visit the unforgettable Melissani Lake—a magical underground lake where the water glows in beautiful shades of blue and green. (Entrance fees for both sites are €16 per person and are not included.)

After exploring, we slow the pace down in the fishing village of Agia Efimia. You’ll have free time to enjoy lunch by the harbour—fresh seafood, Greek favourites, or just a chilled drink with a view. (Food and drinks not included.)
